The end of the year was
very busy for me, so I decided not to start level 4 until I had more
free time. I finished level 3 on November 10 and today is January 3,
but I didn't exactly take a break from Rosetta Stone for all this
time. Instead of going ahead to a new level, I decided to engage in a
long review.
For the review, I chose
the “Listening Placement” Curriculum, since the kind of exercise
in this course of study was not included in the Standard Curriculum,
which is the one I was following.
These exercises consist on
listening and choosing the right pictures. I also tried to repeat
each sentence aloud. After choosing the correct options, the program
reveals the writing, so I could read and confirm whether I repeated
correctly.
It took me about 15 hours
to complete this review from Level 1 to Level 3.

we can see that this review proved to be effective in reinforcing the
knowledge I acquired with the program.

Caros leitores,
Estive bastante ocupado no final do
ano, então decidi não começar o nível 4 até ter mais tempo livre
para me dedicar. Terminei o nível 3 no dia 10 de novembro e hoje já
é 3 de janeiro, mas eu não tirei férias do Rosetta Stone por todo
esse tempo. Em vez de prosseguir para o próximo nível, decidi fazer
uma longa revisão.
Para a revisão, escolhi o Currículo
“Listening Placement”, já que o tipo de exercício nesse curso
não estava incluído no Currículo Standard, que era o que eu estava
seguindo.
Os exercícios consistem em ouvir e
escolher as figuras corretas. Eu também tentava repetir cada frase
em voz alta. Depois de escolher a opção correta, o programa revela
a escrita, assim eu podia ler e confirmar se repeti corretamente.
No total foram 15 horas de estudo para
completar a revisão do nível 1 ao nível 3.
